Dear Members,

The KRCC Board of Directors is excited to tell you about our plans for the 2010 Kentuckiana Pride Festival (June 18-19). There are several ways you can promote your business through KRCC at this year’s celebration. The promotional opportunities below are available exclusively to our dues paid members. (A listing of current dues paid members is available on our website. If you're not a member yet, JOIN!)

Be listed as a KRCC member in the PRIDE Program. KRCC has purchased page 3 of the program and all dues paid members will be listed as part of KRCC’s ad.
If you’re not a member yet, you can join online! (Current members will be listed automatically.)

Additionally KRCC members are eligible for discounts up to 15% on all ad spaces 1/2 page and up. Download and complete the KRCC Members Advertising Packet.

On Friday, June 18, KRCC members will be participating in the Annual Pride Parade. Wouldn’t it be exciting if all of our members participated? We check-in behind Triangles at 6:30 PM and the parade starts at about 7 PM. This is a great time to talk with others in the parade and show your involvement in our community. Along the route it’s fun to interact with the spectators. The parade ends at the Belvedere to kickoff the weekend’s festivities. On Saturday, June 19th, KRCC will have a booth at the festival. We will be handing out Festival packets. The Festival packets will include member provided information (suggested quantity is 200-300) about their businesses. These packets will be given to festival goers who stop by our booth. Information about you and your business could be put into the hands of hundreds of people! You can mail or drop off your brochures, business cards, or flyers to:

Want even more exposure? Volunteer to help staff our pride booth. You will get to meet your prospective clients. The booth is open from 11:00AM to 8:00PM. Volunteer shifts are two hours long and of course you can sign up for more than one shift. Booth volunteers greet festival goers, talk with them about KRCC, and hand out packets.
