Hi there, I'm sorry that I haven't been keep in touch with this MEETUP site since I have been very busy with my free-lance works and also, I just open my gallery last December. Always feel free to use my gallery/lounge for the next meeting to get other artists inspire.

Hey, Rachel. Yes, that's the one! Creating a more sustainable building is really less about spending tons of cash than it is about making good decisions. Plus, any additional costs incurred in the construction/fu
rnishing of the structure will usually pay for themselves a few years down the road (think energy and water efficiency, durability, etc...). The requirements range from civil to MEP engineering, design, even plants used to landscape. I'd be happy to talk with you more about it! -
