The Art of Networking facilitated by Stephanie Ringer will make networking fun. The true Art of Networking is the ability to build relationships with people, share with them what you do and build your resources. They may be able to help. Many managers are using the networking arena to recruit as well as a great avenue of resources. Stephanie will take you from “what’s in a business card” to the many ways to use networking to enhance your job performance to recruiting at a networking event to “how to tell your story ” and finally “how to follow up”.

This interactive session is a completely different way of looking at Networking. Some say it is networking for introverts. Others say it is an out of the box way to get build your business.

Stephanie Ringer is a 2010 EPIC Award finalist for Woman Business Owner of the Year selected by NAWBO Louisville. She is co-owner of WorkShop, the creative workplace. WorkShop is a creative meeting facility nationally recognized by “Corporate & Incentive Travel” magazine as one of six “Out Of The Box” places to meet (March 2010 issue). Stephanie designs team adventures for companies to give their employees an opportunity to bond, build on the qualities of an effective team and do great things for the community.

Stephanie was an Assistant Director for Business Network International for 4 years where she was responsible for helping business professionals grow their business through networking. She had the #1 Aflac Sales Team for Kentucky West for 2 years running before she left to build her own business. Networking is the key to success. Stephanie is currently writing an eBook on The Art of Networking.
